1999-2001 Leader of United Workers Party Dr. Morella Joseph-Jno Baptiste
Former Deputy Leader. She resigned in 2001 when she did not manage to win a seat in the parliament, but was appointed to the Senate instead.

2004-07 Leader of the Organization for National Empowerment Sarah-Lucy Flood-Beaubrun
Minister of Health, Human Service and Family Affairs
 1997-2001, Minister of Gender Relations 1997-2004 and 2001-04 Minister of Home Affairs. In January 2004 she was dismissed from the government and later founded the new party. Resigned from parliament and lost the following by-election.  Speaker of the House of Assembly  2007-08 and Deputy Ambassador to the UN 2008. (b. 1969-).
